  • In principle, vegetables, any other potatoes (due to starch in the ingredients, you will have to refuse 11 days);
  • Green vegetables (as much as possible);
  • Kefir (normal freshness, no point in low dairy products, they only dispersed appetite) - 500 ml per day;
  • Mineral water (may not have gas), excellent to avoid constipation and swelling;
  • Buckwheat and barley (by one pack);
  • Cheese (optional, can be replaced by paint cheese).

Menu for 11 days:

Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (warm appearance);

Breakfast:Eggs and buckwheat cooked in water tanks in the evening, tea/coffee;

Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: an apple and mineral water;

Dinner:Palvka cooked in a water tank in the evening, a vegetable salad with green vegetables (you can mix with olive oil or sour cream), any B/sugar drink;

Afternoon snack:Eggs in any form, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumbers, mineral water;

Dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onions+carrots to olive oil or flaxseeds and booty drinks;

Late dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.

Sports, training and increasing physical activity in such a short diet with a monotonous diet is not necessary.The body is not adapted to nutrition, excess load is nothing.But this does not exclude healthy walking, even sleeping and skin care (homemade, bathing, meditation).
